Friday afternoon access for setup and rehearsal
Saturday full-day access from 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday morning cleanup completed by 11:00 AM

From baby showers to graduation celebrations, Loft & Rails is the perfect space to gather and celebrate.

$150 / hour - Minimum of 4 hours required
$1000 full day (10am - 8pm)

Tables & Chairs Provided
Linens Available at additional cost
Bartender and Alcohol additional cost

Payment & Damages Policy

Full payment is due at the time the contract is signed to secure your event at our venue. Any damages incurred during your rental will result in additional charges for repair or replacement. All damage-related charges will be assessed and processed using the card on file.

Please Note; All events are required to carry a $1,000,000 event insurance policy naming Loft & Rails as an additional insured.
